How long will it take to ship my order?
All online and phone orders are shipping within 48 hours. The time in transit depends on the delivery method selected when you placed your order. First Class Mail can take up to 10 business days, and Next Day Air will arrive the next business day (if order is placed before 4pm PST). Orders that are received after 4pm PST will be shipped the following business day.

How do I choose the proper size?

Will the canine seat belt stay on my dog?
Yes. Our canine seat belt is designed to stay on the dog (if you choose). It is simple to put on and to take off. Our canine seat belt can also be used as a front harness.

Is the canine seat belt adjustable in size?
Yes. All four sizes (S, M, L and XL) are adjustable in size. Click here for a sizing chart.

What colors are available?
You can have any color as long as it is Black.

Will the canine seat belt work in all vehicles?
Yes. Our canine seat belt is guaranteed to work in all passenger vehicles as long as there is a seat belt available.

What is your return policy?
Your canine seat belt may be returned with 14-days of delivery, or may be exchanged for another size. Please refer to our Return Policy for additional details.
