    In order to ensure proper credit for your return, please follow these three simple steps:

    1. Please download and print our simple Return Authorization Form. Include this form with your return. Click on the Return Authorization Form link above to download the form. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to view and print this form. Adobe Acrobat can be obtained for FREE at Adobe Acrobat. Alternatively, if you would like one of these forms faxed to you, please call 1-800-805-2001, or send an email to custserv@canineseatbelt.com

    2. Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-805-2001 in order to obtain an RMA number for your return. You must obtain an RMA number prior to returning the item. Returns that are sent back to us without an RMA are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Write your RMA number on the outside of the box.

    3. Please package your return and ship it back to us at the address provided below. The shipping and handling fees to and from the customer are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by canineseatbelt.com, or a damaged or defective product, we will refund merchandise and shipping charges to your credit card. We will reimburse shipping charges incurred to return incorrect, damaged, or defective merchandise to canineseatbelt.com, not to exceed the published UPS Ground rate for the weight of the package.

    To ensure proper credit you must ship the package back to us via FedEx, UPS, or Airborne Express since they provide Tracking Information and Package Insurance. If you choose a shipping method other than FedEx, UPS, or Airborne Express, you are risking that the package will be lost or damaged. We are not responsible for damaged or lost goods that are being sent back to us. If items are returned to us damaged, a refund will not be issued (no exceptions).

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ
    Any unused merchandise in original condition (and in their original boxes or packages) may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise.

    Credit will be issued after inspection of the product and the return requirements stated above are met. DO NOT return damaged or used products, credit WILL NOT be issued for damaged or used products.

    Your credit card will be credited within 72 hours of merchandise receipt and an email confirmation will be sent to you.
